1. Our Ethical Commitment
SocialBoost Digital is committed to operating as a responsible participant in the social media ecosystem. We believe that social proof infrastructure, when deployed ethically, creates genuine value for content creators, brands, and the communities they serve. The same infrastructure, deployed irresponsibly, can cause real harm.
Our Algorithmic Safety Verified™ delivery protocol is not just a technical standard — it is an ethical one. We have built our delivery infrastructure to mirror authentic engagement behavior specifically because we believe that signals indistinguishable from genuine human behavior cause less disruption to the information quality of social media platforms than low-quality, detectable bot traffic.
This Policy establishes the ethical floor beneath which we will not operate, regardless of commercial opportunity. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and permanently ban accounts that violate these principles — without refund.
2. Prohibited Uses
The following uses of SocialBoost Digital's services are strictly and unconditionally prohibited:
- Amplifying content that constitutes threats of violence, targeted harassment, or coordinated abusive campaigns against any individual, group, or organization.
- Promoting accounts, pages, or content associated with terrorist organizations, hate groups, or organizations designated as dangerous by applicable government authorities.
- Artificially inflating the apparent popularity of demonstrably false health, safety, or scientific information — including medical misinformation, vaccine disinformation, or climate denial campaigns.
- Boosting electoral interference content: accounts or content designed to suppress voter participation, impersonate election officials, or spread false information about voting procedures.
- Supporting financial fraud operations: accounts promoting unregistered securities, unlicensed financial products, Ponzi schemes, or fraudulent investment solicitations.
- Creating artificial social proof for counterfeit products, fraudulent reviews, or scam accounts designed to deceive consumers.
- Using our services to harass, defame, or damage the reputation of specific private individuals through coordinated inauthentic amplification.
- Circumventing platform monetization review processes through fraudulent metrics, including boosting YouTube channels to unlock Partner Program eligibility through inauthentic watch hours alone.
- Reselling our services without an authorized Reseller Agreement, particularly through channels that misrepresent the nature or origin of the delivered signals.
3. Anti-Harassment Policy
SocialBoost Digital maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward the use of our platform to facilitate online harassment in any form. We define harassment broadly to include:
- Using follower or engagement inflation on content that targets a specific private individual for abuse, ridicule, or reputational harm.
- Coordinated campaigns using our delivery infrastructure to amplify pile-on behavior, cancel campaigns, or mass-reporting efforts against specific individuals.
- Artificially boosting the visibility of doxxing content — material that publishes private personal information about individuals without consent.
- Using our services to amplify content that constitutes cyberstalking, intimate partner surveillance, or targeted gender-based harassment.
Accounts found to be using our services for harassment purposes will be immediately suspended, and relevant evidence will be preserved and may be reported to appropriate authorities or provided to law enforcement upon valid legal request.
4. Misinformation Policy
SocialBoost Digital acknowledges the serious societal harm caused by algorithmically amplified misinformation. We prohibit the use of our services to artificially elevate the apparent credibility or popularity of content that:
- Contains demonstrably false claims about public health, medical treatments, or disease prevention that contradict established scientific consensus.
- Purports to represent official statements from governments, public health bodies, or legal authorities when no such statements exist.
- Is designed to impersonate public figures, news organizations, or authoritative institutions for the purpose of deceiving audiences.
- Fabricates statistical data, research findings, or economic indicators to support a deceptive narrative.
We recognize that determining "misinformation" in real time is complex. Where our team has reasonable grounds to believe an order is being used to amplify content that falls within the above definitions, we reserve the right to pause delivery, request clarification, or cancel the order with a full refund pending review.
5. Platform Compliance Standards
Every service offered by SocialBoost Digital is designed and delivered in alignment with the spirit and letter of the target platform's terms of service as interpreted by our compliance team. Our Algorithmic Safety Verified™ protocol specifically:
- Delivers signals at velocities that fall within the normal range of organic engagement for the account size and content type in question.
- Uses residential IP infrastructure exclusively — no datacenter proxies or server-sourced traffic.
- Employs accounts with established behavioral histories rather than freshly created bot accounts.
- Avoids signal patterns that trigger platform anti-spam or artificial engagement detection systems.
- Does not use any form of account access, password collection, or session hijacking.
We continuously monitor platform policy updates from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms. When platform policies change in ways that affect our delivery methodology, we update our protocols accordingly — sometimes before we are able to notify all clients. Policy compliance takes precedence over delivery commitments in all cases.
6. Enforcement & Consequences
Violations of this Anti-Spam & Ethics Policy may result in the following enforcement actions, applied at SocialBoost Digital's sole discretion based on the severity of the violation:
- Level 1 — Warning: For first-time, minor violations with no apparent harmful intent. The order is paused and the client is notified with an explanation of the violation.
- Level 2 — Order Cancellation: For clear violations of prohibited uses. The specific order is cancelled. Funds for undelivered portions are refunded. The account receives a compliance flag.
- Level 3 — Account Suspension: For repeated violations or single violations involving harassment, hate speech, or misinformation. Account is suspended with no refund for any delivered services.
- Level 4 — Permanent Ban and Reporting: For violations involving illegal content, child safety, electoral interference, or credible threats of violence. Account is permanently banned, funds are forfeited, and relevant evidence is preserved for potential law enforcement referral.
Enforcement decisions are made by a designated compliance reviewer and are documented internally. Clients who believe an enforcement action was applied incorrectly may appeal to compliance@socialboostdigital.com within 7 days of notification.
