1. The 30-Day Auto-Refill Guarantee
SocialBoost Digital offers a 30-Day Auto-Refill Guarantee on all qualifying social signal services. If the engagement delivered to your account drops below the quantity ordered within 30 calendar days of initial delivery completion, we will refill the difference at no additional charge.
Qualifying Services:
- Instagram Followers, TikTok Followers, YouTube Subscribers, LinkedIn Followers, Twitter/X Followers, Spotify Followers, and other follower/subscriber services where drop tracking is technically feasible.
- Any service explicitly marked with the "Non-Drop Guarantee" badge at the time of purchase.
- Engagement services (likes, views, saves) are not subject to the refill guarantee as they are point-in-time metrics and do not "drop" in the same manner.
To activate a refill, submit a request through our support portal with your order ID and current account URL. Refills are processed within 24–72 hours of verification. The 30-day guarantee period begins on the date of full order delivery, not the date of order placement.
2. Refund Eligibility
Full Refunds are available in the following circumstances:
- Order has not yet entered the delivery queue (typically within 5 minutes of payment for standard services).
- Delivery has not commenced and the order remains in "Pending" status in your client portal.
- A technical failure on SocialBoost Digital's infrastructure prevents delivery and is verified by our team.
- Duplicate charges resulting from a payment processing error.
Partial Refunds may be issued for:
- Orders that began delivery but stopped before completion due to a technical issue on our end, with the refund prorated to the undelivered portion.
- Services where delivery was significantly delayed beyond the stated delivery window (more than 5x the estimated time) with no resolution provided.
3. How to Request a Refund or Refill
To submit a refund or refill request:
- Log in to your SocialBoost Digital client portal and navigate to "Order History."
- Locate the relevant order and click "Request Support" or "Claim Refill."
- Select the appropriate request type (Refund or Refill) and provide a brief description of the issue.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours on business days.
- Alternatively, email support@socialboostdigital.com with your Order ID and account email in the subject line.
Providing your Order ID and the public URL of the account that received delivery significantly accelerates the review process. Requests without an Order ID may require additional verification steps.
4. Processing Timeline
Once a refund or refill is approved:
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer.
- Refills begin processing within 24–72 hours of approval and follow the same delivery protocol as the original order.
- Wallet credits (where applicable) are applied instantly upon approval.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- Orders that have been fully delivered as described at the time of purchase.
- Drops caused by the recipient account's own activity, such as mass unfollowing, account privacy setting changes, or violations of the social media platform's own terms that result in account penalties.
- Engagement metrics (likes, views, comments) that naturally decrease over time due to platform algorithm changes, which is outside our control.
- Orders for accounts that were suspended, deleted, or made private after delivery commenced.
- Dissatisfaction with the rate of organic growth following signal delivery, as organic algorithmic response varies and is not within our control to guarantee.
- Orders placed in violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after order completion for non-refill claims.
6. Dispute Resolution
We request that all billing concerns be directed to our support team at support@socialboostdigital.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or payment provider. We resolve the vast majority of billing concerns within 24–48 hours.
Initiating a chargeback without prior contact with our support team, for orders that do not qualify for a refund under this Policy, may result in suspension of your account and referral to our payment processor's dispute resolution process. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with full order documentation.
